WORLD BANK SURVEYS INVESTMENT ENVIRONMENT OF CHINESE CITIES.

BEIJING, Dec 26 Asia Pulse - No Chinese city is rated as A in all aspects of investment environment, according to a World Bank survey of the investment environment of 23 cities in China.
The 23 cities surveyed are divided into different grades according to such indices as quality of employees, labor market, productivity and investment. The survey report defines investment environment as climate of control and infrastructure conditions for the operation of enterprises.
The survey rates the 23 cities in six grades from A to B-. In terms of general investment environment, Shanghai and Hangzhou are rated as the highest A ; Dalian, Jiangmen, Chongqing and Guangzhou are rated as A; Changchun is rated as A-; Shenzhen, Beijing, Zhengzhou and Nanchang are rated as...
