TW Metals Inc., Exton, Pa., sold its copper and copper alloy inventory, plus all related processing and storage equipment, to Copper and Brass Sales, a unit of ThyssenKrupp Materials NA.
The sale strengthens TW Metals' position as a supplier of specialty metal long products. TW Metals will continue expanding its inventories of pipe, tube, bar and rod in stainless, aluminum, nickel, titanium and other higher value alloys.
