Hoosiers, and most Americans, are accustomed to thinking of us as a backward state. Thus, it's time to tip the Hoosier hat to the Indiana Department of Revenue. This virtually invisible unit of our state government has won still another national award. The National Electronic Commerce Coordinating Council has presented its first Value in Technology Achievement award to our Revenue Department.
