Simon Property Group Inc., 115 W. Washington St., Suite 15 East, 46204 (www.simon.com), is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates more than 200 malls, including Circle Centre. For the quarter ended June 30, the company reported net income of $70.7 million, or 34 cents per diluted share, on $601.6 million in revenue.
