New York's Aulos Ensemble and soprano Julianne Baird will present "A Baroque Christmas" as part of the Chamber Music Series at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 1, in Beall Concert Hall at the University of Oregon School of Music, 961 E. 18th Ave.
Reserved seat tickets range from $12 to $27 through the Hult Center (682-5000) or the Erb Memorial Union (346-4363).
UO Professor Robert Hurwitz will give a free pre-concert talk at 3:30 p.m.
"A Baroque Christmas" features traditional carols, instrumental noels, cantatas and arias by J.S. Bach, Antonio Vivaldi, Alessandro Scarlatti, Corrette and others in an Old World holiday setting.
