A top General Services Administration official said Thursday that Eugene's redevelopment proposals for the federal courthouse district "have not progressed to any degree" in the past three years.
The assessment came in a written response to U.S. Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., who earlier asked the GSA to clarify its reasons for delaying the purchase of city-owned land for the new $70 million courthouse.
