"Mire aqui!" said Capelo, an artist from Guanajuato, Mexico, as he stood on a corner outside the Emerald Arts Center this week. "Look here!"
He stayed in town all week and worked with more than a dozen students from the Springfield School District, Oak Hill School in Eugene and the University of Oregon to create a mural, which shows typical Northwestern scenes such as bicycling and dining.
