The music industry needs to radically rethink its attitude to new media and the extra opportunities it provides for the sale and distribution of music. So says Universal Music's Rob Wells -- and he has an unusual way of making his point.

Halfway through our interview, Rob Wells, head of new media at Universal Music UK, hands over a book to demonstrate his take on the problems with the music industry.
