Universal Music has unveiled a groundbreaking Tamagotchi-style mobile Java game for its pop act Busted as the latest stage of its digital marketing push for the band.
The new game, Busted Manager, allows players to act as a virtual band manager, taking care of the band members' everyday needs. The game will be available from Monday (11 August) and promoted on an insert card in Busted's new single 'Sleeping With The Light On' and through the NMA Effectiveness Award-winning site busted.com.
The game, which was developed and produced by digital marketing company Digital Outlook with games specialist Ash Luecker, is believed to be the first to launch in the UK.
The game costs 4.50 [pounds sterling] to download and is compatible with most Nokia...
