CSG names 2002 Henry Toll Fellowship class. (Excellence in action: spotlighting CSG activities, event, resources and affiliated organizations)

The Council of State Governments' Henry Toll Fellowship program has named its 2002 class participants. The program, named in honor of CSG's founder, former Colorado Senator Henry Wolcott Toll, is a development program for state government officials on public policy and leadership. CSG's mission for the Toll Fellows program is to provide information on trends, provide the tools to enable emerging leaders to work effectively in their roles as state officials and to enhance their skills when facing adversity and challenges.

In its 17th year, the Toll Fellows program will convene in Lexington, ky. Sept. 28 through Oct. 3, 2002. This year's class includes:
