Rhodia Food (259 Prospect Plains Rd. CN 7500; Cranbury, NJ 08512- 7500; Tel: 888/776-7337, Fax 609/860-0344) is consolidating its research and development center by grouping together its worldwide expertise in hydrocolloid technology and European food processing research laboratories at a single site, the company says. The company's research and development laboratory will open at the Aubervilliers site this month.
The choice of the Aubervilliers site for the creation of the laboratories means that the company can group together its Head Office with the advance research and product development activities.
