Magner most recently was chairman and CEO of the global consumer group at Citigroup. Previous positions included COO of global consumer products and COO of the global consumer group. Was a managing director with Chemical Bank and held executive positions with Commercial Credit. Began her career in the actuarial department of Equitable Life Insurance. Age 56.
Accenture is a technology management consulting company. Revenues are $18 billion. Sony is a developer and manufacturer of electronics and entertainment products. Revenues are $62 billion.

Willumstad retired as president and COO of Citigroup Inc., where during his tenure he served as chairman, CEO, and vice chairman of the global consumer group, and led Citigroup's global consumer lending shortly after the 1998 merger of Citicorp and Travelers Group. Previously was chairman and CEO of Travelers Group Consumer Financial Services. Formerly spent a 20-year career with Chemical Bank, where he was engaged in operations, retail banking, and computer systems. Also is a director of Mastercard International and S.C. Johnson & Son Inc. Age 60.
