Also held faculty appointments at Harvard University, the Wharton School of Finance, and the City College of New York. Sonderby spent a 38-year career with Deloitte & Touche, retiring as managing partner of its Philadelphia office, where he had led enterprise risk management for the eastern United States.
Clayton is an information and analytics company serving mortgage lending and financial services clients. Revenues are $239 million.

Previously was president and CEO of SBC Ameritech, a subsidiary of SBC Communications, where he spent a 37-year career and served as president and CEO of Southwestern Bell Telephone, president and CEO of Pacific Bell, and president of SBC International Operations. Also is a director of VeriSign Inc. Age 59.
