Formerly spent a 20-year career with Dayton Hudson Corp., where he was one of the original employees to participate in the start-up of its Target Stores division and later became EVP of merchandising and logistics. Earlier in his career was president of Office Warehouse, which he co-founded.

Coinstar supplies self-service coin-counting products. Revenues are $522 million.

Tudor spent a 19-year career with Goldman Sachs, where he held numerous positions, including head of the industrial and natural resources group in London and managing director of the investment banking division of the company's Houston office. Age 48.

Deltic is a natural resources company. Revenues are $153 million. King & Spalding is a law firm. Tudor Pickering is an investment firm.
