A STRONG NEW-HOME construction market is reportedly buoying a sagging U.S. economy and driving growth in this important end-use sector for adhesives and sealants. Fueled by low lending rates, November housing starts were up 5.8 percent over the same month last year and 5.2 percent year-to-date, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
