Q: We need to hire another chemist. For the most part, in the past, we've hired freshly graduated chemists from nearby colleges. This has worked well for us for two reasons--we get somebody that's well educated at a reasonable price, and we can train them directly into our product line. Our line is well defined and covers a specific technology base, but now we need to look beyond that line if we're going to continue growing.
