ATLANTA--"Cautious optimism" reflected the mood among attendees at the Pressure Sensitive Tape Council's (PSTC) Tech XXV. The majority of attendees with whom Adhesives Age spoke to reported seeing positive signs of business growth while others saw technology advances in pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) as something that could lead their companies and the industry through the still-rough economic times.
