LYNDHURST, N.J.--An important part of a global organization, and a largely independent U.S.-based supplier, Sika Corp. has a dual nature. The wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Swiss specialty chemical supplier Sika AG, Sika Corp. is the largest company in the Sika Group, which has a significant presence on every continent.
