People Are So Different! By Ann Clarke
People Are So Different is a short but priceless book inviting children and parents to see and celebrate the differences and similarities all people have. The book celebrates our diversity rather than dividing us by our differences. It does not preach harmony but instead encourages the reader and child to talk about how harmony, tolerance, and understanding can be reached because of what we all share. As with the other books, we could see this book being used and enjoyed by children with and without identifiable disabilities.
This is another winner deserving the EP Symbol of Excellence.
