R&H gets research funds from DOE.(United States/America)(Rohm and Haas)(Department of Energy)(Brief Article)

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has awarded Rohm and Haas (R&H) a $2-million grant to develop a new generation of adhesives and sealants derived from soybeans and other renewable materials, R&H says. The award is part of the Biomass Research and Development Initiative, a program jointly sponsored by DOE and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
