Ciba in China: innovation & development.(Ciba Specialty Chemicals Holding Inc.)(Interview)

Recently Ciba Specialty Chemicals held a grand opening ceremony for its China R & D center. More than 200 guests including a senior management delegation from the company headquarters, the officers from Shanghai municipal government, the Swiss ambassador to China attended the ceremony. The center represents an investment of around US$20 million by Ciba Specialty Chemicals. Compared with its traditional low-keyed style, this activity seems to show us the Ciba's active attitude to Chinese market.
Taking this excellent opportunity, we make a special interview to Chairman of the Board and CEO of Ciba Specialty Chemicals Dr. Armin Meyer, Chief Technology Officer Dr. Martin Reidiker and President of Asia North Mr. Kuno Kohler.
