ABS production sewage treatment technology.(Brief Article)

An ABS sewage treatment technology developed by the Research Institute of Daqing Petrochemical Co., Ltd. has got invention patent of the state.
In the patent technology the pH value of sewage from the ABS production unit is adjusted under mechanical agitation by inorganic acid to 6-8. Basic polymerized aluminum chloride is added and full blending is conducted with mechanical agitation. Polyacrylamide is then added and even agitation is conducted. ABS sewage is put in a stationery position to form water and deposits. Water is directly discharged to the follow-up sewage treatment site. Solid-liquid separation is conducted to deposits. Liquid substances are recycled to the pH value adjusting section. Solid substances are recovered.
