Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. with its headquarters in Beijing has recently signed a framework agreement with Fajian Ningde Municipal Government on the construction of a coal chemical project. The project has an investment of RMB5.0 billion and can extract diesel and PP from coal.

The reason for locating the project in Sanduao, Ningde is that the area has excellent port conditions and Ningde Thermal Power Plant funded by Datang has started production.
