The 12.0 million t/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation (AVD) unit of CNOOC Huizhou refining project started construction in Huizhou of Guangdong province on July 26th, 2006.
The project is funded by China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) and located in the Petrochemical Zone of Daya Bay Economic and Technological Development District, Huizhou, Guangdong. The entire refining project has an investment of over RMB20 billion.
