While Lee Kirch lives in Colorado most of the year, her second home, a 1930s cottage in Montecito, Calif., may be where she retires, since it personifies the French country style she holds dear. The antiques she has collected over the years nestle beautifully in the 1,600-square-foot space, which doesn't leave a lot of room for error.
