MindManager is new software from Mindjet that offers project management tools for brainstorming and communicating complex projects. The, project-mapping software uses text, symbols, graphics, icons, and colors to present complex ideas. The theory behind the mind-mapping tech nique is that in order to optimize mental function; both sides of the brain must be stimulated.
Mind mapping stimulates the left side of the brain by providing linear text and lists to analyze, but it also provides the right brain with color and images that stimulate imagination. Best of all, it combines text and graphics on one page in a software program that allows customization and rearrangement of the maps for many types of projects.
