Working in the beauty industry for more than 40 years, former celebrity hairstylist Jim Markham--who once worked on Paul Newman and Frank Sinatra's locks--won a 2007 Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Orange County regional consumer product category from business leaders Ernst & Young. The founder and CEO of PureOlogy Serious Colour Care is the first beauty professional to be inducted into Ernst & Young's Hall of Fame, winning the title over finalists Curt Waisath, president, CEO and founder of Gold Canyon Candle, LLC, Karen Waisath, founder of Gold Canyon Candle, LLC and William Wang, CEO of Vizio Inc.
