Was there a quickening of the pulse at the Heritage Foundation last year, when officials of the think tank learned that the Iran/contra committees' investigators had obtained a subpoena for Heritage documents? If so, it did not last long.

Recall that evidence produced by the committees during the hearings showed that Heritage had laundered $100,000 for a private contra support network tied to Lieut. Col. Oliver North.
