Staff Consumers who use their mobile phones mainly for business have an average monthly bill that is a whopping 23 percent higher than subscribers who use their phones primarily for personal calls, according to Telephia's Q2 Customer Value Metrics. Business users also tend to subscribe to more expensive voice and data plans and spend more on overage charges and 411 directory calls.
