GOVERNMENT WITHOUT BOUNDARIES

An emerging trend across the nation since the 1990s reveals governmental entities coming together for integrated informational technology (IT) efforts across boundaries (Governing, August 2001). Such governments have successfully achieved cost savings through the sharing of electronic resources to advance their own unique policy strategies.
