INDOFARMA DOUBLES PRODUCTION CAPACITY.(Herbal medicines)(Brief Article)

PT Indofarma plans to double the production capacity of its extract center for herbal medicines. The state-owned pharmaceutical company has invested Rp 25 billion to build its extract center which started operation in 2000. The center is now operating at 70% of its installed capacity and next year it is expected to operate at full capacity.
Around 205 of its production of herbal medicine extract is exported and the rest is for domestic consumption.
