Eurotech, Ltd. (AMEX: EUO), Fairfax, Va, has acquired from Trylon Metrics Inc. the worldwide rights to proprietary and patented remote sensing technologies referred to as Electromagnetic Radiography and Acoustic Core in an all stock purchase transaction.
