Cerno Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of 37Point9 (OTCBB:TSPN), has announced that its SurfaceShield Patent Pending product has completed its Phase 1 testing with high results. International Test Laboratories of Newark, NJ found that the chemical grafting process known as Formula 51 has met the minimal time effectiveness requirement with anticipation of long-range success of up to 10 years, when applied to a variety of substrate surfaces.
