IVECO CHOOSES IMPCO'S ECLIPSE ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

IMPCO Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:IMCO), Cerrtios, Calif., has signed an agreement with IVECO Motors of North America that establishes IMPCO's Eclipse Heavy Duty Engine Management System as the fueling system of choice for IVECO's industrial stationary electrical generator sets (gen-set) to meet EPA Tier III emissions certification standards for domestic use. Production is scheduled to begin in November 2005.
