MSE EcoEngine, Inc. has acquired, from MSE Ecology Engines Inc. of Canada, the exclusive U.S. rights to the MSE EcoEngine technology and will be completing the development of the first prototype to demonstrate the technology. The "EcoEngine" is capable of generating power using the free heat in ambient air as its sole source of fuel and producing, as by-products, clean water and cool air. This technology has evolved from 13 years of thermodynamic modeling by the inventors.
