Global Environmental Energy Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: GEECF) (FWB: LFT), Nassau, Bahamas, has confirmed that its subsidiary Biosphere Development Corp., a corporation registered in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, has signed a letter of intent to form a new joint venture company with British-based Environmental Concrete Company Ltd.

The new joint venture company will use approximately 5,000 tons of fly ash together with the carbon dioxide gas manufactured by each one of Biosphere Development Corp.'s Biosphere(TM) Process Systems' per annum, in order to manufacture building products ...
