This conversation is with Dr. John Disinger, a truly distinguished environmental educator. Among his many claims to fame, he is a past president of the North American Association for Environmental Education, a recipient of the Association's Walter Jeske Award, and an emeritus professor in the School of Natural Resources at The Ohio State University.
While at OSU, Disinger was primarily associated with academic programs in environmental education and environmental policy. For two decades, he also held an appointment with the Educational Resources Information Center's Clearinghouse for Science, Mathematics, and Environmental Education (ERIC/SMEAC).
