Playboy Enterprises is getting back into the hotel business. The media company is partnering with the Palms Casino Resort and the Nine Group to create a five-floor Playboy-themed facility at the off-Strip Palms. The entertainment center is part of a multi-million-dollar expansion underway at the Palms, which has become the hippest among a bevy of hip resorts in the desert city.
