Whenever I think our Canadian friends at Loblaws might be taking a little siesta, someone sneaks across the border with a copy of their latest PC (President's Choice) Insider's Report.

And the issue I just saw has a big headline that says "Thanks Ben & Jerry!" A blurb below says Cherry Garcia is Ben & Jerry's No. 1 seller, and that Loblaws has been inspired enough by it to add its own President's Choice Cherry Chocolate Chunk. It's just the spirit and wise-ass attitude that Mr. Ben and Mr. Jerry exemplified in their golden early days.

Right below that, another headline: "If you like Haagen-Dazs ice cream bars, try this!" Yep, another new product. I love Loblaws. If it were a girl, I'd chase it everywhere.
