Rosen's Diversified Inc., (RDI) Fairmont, Minn., and American Foods Group Inc., Green Bay, Wis., announce an agreement in principle to combine their operations and form a new company to be called American Foods Group LLC, headquartered in Alexandria, Minn. The new company will consist of all American Foods Group businesses along with the meat processing operations of RDI.

Tom Rosen, chief executive officer of RDI, and Carl Kuehne, chief executive and owner of American Foods Group, will serve as co-chairmen and co-chief executive officers.
