Frank Lazaran is named chief executive officer of Marsh Supermarkets after Sun Capitol Partners, Boca Raton, Fla., completed its acquisition of the Indianapolis-based retailer. Lazaran succeeds Don Marsh, who is leaving the company that was founded by his father 75 years ago. Lazaran briefly served as president and chief executive officer of Winn-Dixie Stores, Jacksonville, Fla., before it filed for bankruptcy two years ago, and he spent some time with Randalls Food Markets and Ralphs Grocery Co.
