ATS Automation shareholders elect new director.(INDUSTRY UPDATE)

ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. Board of Directors elected William Biggar to the board at the company's annual meeting of shareholders on September 12, 2005. Biggar is the Managing Director of Richardson Capital Limited, a Canadian private equity firm, and has more than 25 years of business experience.
