SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- Steve Nober, who has 18 years of experience in direct marketing, Internet services and computer-based high technology, is the new president and COO of Mercury Media, a direct response media buying leader. Nober, who was president and CEO of inQ (a direct marketing Internet services company) for the past three years, will oversee new business development strategies, human resources and day-to-day operations.
