Supplier initiates advisory panels.(News)

ABC Supply Co. Inc. (ABC) recently held its first two Customer Advisory Panel (CAP) sessions in Detroit and St. Louis. The goal of the advisory panels is to help ABC better understand the issues that face professional contractors and to identify current and future trends that may affect their businesses.
"In an effort to further our quest to be a 'customer driven' company, the decision to hold customer panels was a natural one for us," says David Luck, president and COO of ABC Supply. "We value our customers' input and feel it is very important to take the time to listen to what they have to say."
