Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has appointed NAI Capital's Alex Soteras, 47, of Calabasas to the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board. He also owns owned Soteras Mortgage. He currently serves as a director of the United Chambers of Commerce of the San Fernando Valley, is a corporate board member of the Southeast Ventura County YMCA, and is a on the board of Pepperdine University. Soteras is past-president of the Agoura-Oak Park-Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce and served as a Trustee of L.A. County's $30 billion Retirement Pension fund.
