AERO: Annie Chen of Santa Clarita and Laurie Lile of Wrightwood will receive the first Pepperdine/AERO Leadership Scholarship Award from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management. The scholarship provides $5,000 toward tuition to two recipients who are accepted into Pepperdine University's Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Antelope Valley, which launched its inaugural program of evening MBA classes in April at Palmdale's Aerospace Education Research and Operations Institute (AERO Institute). Pepperdine is currently accepting applications for a second cycle of classes to start in January 2009.
