Split decisions on keyboards. (News).(Marquette University report; ergonomics of split keyboards)(Brief Article)

Split keyboards for computers are intended to reduce wrist-strain injuries, but according to a report from the department of mechanical and industrial engineering at Marquette University in Milwaukee, they aren't the answer to injury prevention. While the traditional computer keyboard twists wrists by 12 degrees from the safest position, the split keyboard twists the wrists 5 degrees.
