RARITAN, N.J. - Ortho Pharmaceutical Corp., a unit of Johnson & Johnson, has begun marketing Renova (tretinoin emollient cream) 0.05%, the first prescription cream proven to reduce fine wrinkling, brown spots and surface roughness on the skin.
The cream helps the skin with conditions associated with chronic sun exposure and aging when used in addition to a comprehensive skin care and sun avoidance program. It's an additional therapy for people who don't achieve satisfactory results using a sunscreen, protective clothing and moisturizers alone.
