Del set to extend its Sally Hansen line

NEW YORK -- Coty Inc.'s Del Cosmetics has ambitious plans for its Sally Hansen brand in the new year.

Believing that innovation in beauty is what keeps shoppers coming to chain drug beauty aisles, the supplier is launching a plethora of products in March.

These include Salon Hand Care From Sally Hansen, which incorporates Moisturizing Creme for Dry, Sensitive Skin; Severely Dry Chapped Hand Remedy; Fast Absorbing Hand & Cuticle Creme; and a Two Step Renewal System for the Hands.

In addition, Sally Hansen is expanding its already extensive collection of nail products to include Quick Care Cuticle Treatment, Growth Treatment, Strength Treatment and Clean-Up for Manicures.

A new Nail Art Pen lets users effortlessly personalize their nails and is ideal for creating a custom French manicure.

Meanwhile, a Salon French Manicure Pen Kit features a fine-point precision tip, with the second pen used to deliver soft, sheer color.

A number of breakthrough lip treatments are also poised for launch, including Sally Hansen Lip Inflation Color-Full, which gives the appearance of fuller lips with a Hydro-Collagen Complex, as well as Diamond Lip 12 Hour Lip Treatments, which help replenish and hydrate lips.

Meanwhile, Sally Hansen Sculpt & Shape is an instant lip reshaper that defines and remodels lips without lip liner.

The brand is also launching three new products to remove hair and moisturize skin.

Sally Hansen Naturally Bare Creme Hair Remover for Body removes hair as one showers, while Naturally Bare Waxing Strips for Faces & Little

Spaces gently removes hair with precut, presized strips perfect for such "small places" as toes, knuckles, the belly and facial areas.

For over 100 years, Sally Hansen's LaCross has been the go-to brand for beauty tools, and its newest items offer essential beauty solutions.

They include Sally Hansen LaCross Double Curl Eyelash Curler, Eco Friendly Nail Boards and Pedi-Perfect, which is a long-life, stainless steel, microfine file that exfoliates rough, dry skin, collecting residue in an easy-to-empty storage component.

Finally, the company is poised to launch new products from Sally Hansen Natural Beauty Inspired by Carmindy.

As resident makeup artist on TLC's "What Not to Wear," Carmindy emphasizes letting women's natural beauty shine through. The new additions are true to this vision and include Forever Stay Eye Pencil, Natural Highlighter Duos, Ultra Soothing Lip Tint and an Airbrush Spray Makeup, which sprays on flawless skin while instantly providing weightless, versatile, buildable coverage.
