Israeli diamond tycoon Lev Leviev received a further accolade on a global stage when he was presented with an award for his contribution to the worldwide diamond industry at the World Diamond Congress at the end of June in Tel Aviv. The presentation was part of the first Israel Diamond industry Awards and was made by Israel Diamond Exchange President Avi Paz and Israel Diamond Manufacturers Association President Moti Ganz, at the concluding Gala Dinner on June 28.
